Toshiki Kagami will begin living with her cousin and her family this year. The reason he's moved to this city is to rekindle that creative spark he lost.

When he was young, Toshiki had a childhood friend. Her name was Aisa Ayase. They were always together, competing to create the best stories.

However, as Toshiki grew up, he felt the gap was getting bigger and bigger. Soon after, due to family circumstances, Aisa moved to Tokyo.

Aisa and Toshiki, separated since then, continued to exchange letters, writing about their daily lives and, of course, the stories they created. But, after a while Aisa's letters stopped.

Even then, Toshiki continued writing stories, creating doujin games and doing his best to become an outstanding creator.

He was eventually able to release his first visual novel to the public. But, a particular event six months ago threw him into a complete slump.

For this reason, and thinking that spending time with creators his own age might help him overcome his slump, Toshiki enrolled in Saika Academy, a school for creators like him to meet and learn.

And in spring, Toshiki moves to Tokyo, ready to begin his new school life...
